The Crafts

The crafts are one of the things I look forward to at each retreat.  There are so many fun projects to do and this is a few we did at the Power Tools Retreat.

You can purchase this board from Michaels
Shanon, a designer for Cricut taught us how to make the paper flowers that we glued onto the wood.  These paper flowers are beautiful!

We tried the flowers in shadow boxes too...love how they turned out.

Ashleigh was so much fun!

The next day we got busy on the Power Tools.  Brandon of Two Pitts of a Pear is a very talented guy.  He explained things so well and then let us get hands-on exerience.

This is the cute framed pallet I built!  It looks even better with the floral wall art on it!
 Tiffany and Randa
These women amazed me!

It was so cool to learn how to use the power tools and then to be able to create something with our own hands.  I'm more confident using power tools and I just purchased bead board & peg board for a project I'm doing!
